I would like to say that I had a face and neck lift at one of the best hospitals ever at RSIA Bali Royal Hospital.

Dr. Bagus is such a skilled surgeon. He was incredibly comforting and reassuring with all of my concerns, such a kind and lovely man. I had realistic expectations, after all, I am in my early 60s… but Dr. B absolutely blew those expectations away and FAR exceeded them. Incredible is the only word to describe his skill.

I cannot recommend him highly enough… what a doctor.

The hospital staff were beyond compare. My nurses were devoted, beautiful, gentle, caring, and just delightful.

And OMG… the hospital cuisine! So, so scrumptious. They would not stop feeding me including snacks, which honestly felt more like desserts. Absolutely delicious.

My host, Wully from Royal Cosmetic Centre… well, what a woman. So professional, relatable, and caring. As were the sweet and gorgeous Wella and Miranda at Royal Cosmetic Centre - lovely, lovely ladies and totally fabulous hosts. They kept me informed throughout my entire experience via text and by simply being there by my side.

They even took me out for a fantastic luncheon!

This experience has been beyond delightful, and I am so very grateful to everyone involved and this absolutely includes my consultant from Perth, WA… wonderful and ever-so-patient Chloe, who got this whole journey rolling and happening for me and put up with my incessant neediness, which was A LOT.

I hope to return again in the near future.

I recently underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction at Royal Bali Hospital through Royal Cosmetic Centre, with Dr Andri as my surgeon. From the very beginning, Dr Andri was exceptional—friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, made me feel completely comfortable, and maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth throughout. His bedside manner truly stood out.

The staff at the hospital were equally wonderful—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt very well looked after during my entire stay.

My experience with Royal Cosmetic Centre has been nothing short of amazing. I've been twice now for cosmetic surgery and have had great results each time.

A few weeks ago, I had an upper blepharoplasty in Bali with Dr. Jenisa and I couldn't be happier!! She has done an incredible job, is an amazing surgeon and so sweet! Everything has healed so seamlessly and painlessly, I'm very excited to see the final results in a couple of months.

Again, I was quite nervous about the surgery and after speaking with her at my consultation I felt a lot more reassured about the surgery. Also, our client Manager, Wully, is so sweet and lovely and made sure everything was organized for us so we didn't have to worry about anything and could just focus on healing and relaxing whilst we were there.

I flew from Christchurch New Zealand and a had a breast augmentation with Dr Andri in April 2026 at Royal Cosmetic Centre and I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. The care I received was phenomenal, and on the first night post surgery I had a team of nurses who were there to care for me and came with in seconds and I felt so safe. The breast augmentation was exactly what I had hoped for, not too big not too small just perfect for my body shape. I am so happy with the results and I couldn’t recommend the team enough.
